Held in my beautiful cake studio in Feering, Essex. I tailor each and every class so that you get the very best out of our time together, learning exactly what YOU want to learn. Following purchase, I will contact you discuss your requirements so that a program can be created.

• Creating a perfect sponge cake (baking and simple decoration)

• Buttercream celebration cake (learn how to decorate a cake using basic buttercream skills to create a shows stopping celebration cake using pre-baked sponges)

• Basic sugar cookie class (learn how to bake the perfect sugar cookie and decorate using basic icing techniques)

• Learn how to create gorgeous, realistic sugar flowers to decorate your cakes at home.

A Half Day class will be from 9.30am - 12.00pm with refreshments provided.

A Full Day class will be from 9.30am - 4.00pm with lunch and refreshments provided.
